Getting your order to you

We currently ship within South Africa. Once your order is placed, we’ll get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Delivery options

We offer delivery to both residential addresses and collection points:

Home delivery
R95
Delivered to your door within 1–3 business days

Pargo point collection
R79
Collect from a pickup point near you within 1–2 business days

Please allow a few additional days for regional or remote areas.

Order process

Once your order is placed and payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We’ll then prepare your order and send a second email once it has been dispatched, along with your tracking details.

Deliveries take place during the working week, Monday to Friday.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it to your door or pickup point.

For home deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your order during standard working hours.
