Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered.

If something isn't right, we're here to sort it out. Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, send us a photo, your order number, and a quick explanation.

Email us at hello@veldskin.co.za with your order number, a photo, and what happened.

This policy applies only to orders placed through our online store. If you bought from a retailer, please contact them directly.

Defective or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. We'll arrange collection at no cost to you, and once we've had a look, we'll either send you the correct product or refund your account, within 10 working days.

Changed your mind

No problem, we'll accept returns on unused, unopened products within 7 days. In this case, return shipping costs are on you. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the amount.

A note on our aluminium jars

Our jars are made from aluminium and can arrive with slight dents, this is a natural characteristic of the material and doesn't affect the product inside. Minor dents are not considered damage or a defect. If you're unsure, just send us a photo and we'll advise.

 

We make everything in small batches and stand behind what we produce. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
